Terms and Conditions

📌 Eligibility

The Glossysicles Pep Rally Pop-Up Fundraiser (“the Campaign”) is open to both individuals and registered groups (including schools, nonprofits, teams, and youth organizations) located within the United States.

To participate:

1. All participants must register through the official campaign form at glossysicles.com/join-the-glossysicles-pep-rally-fundraiser/ before initiating any sales activity.
2. Participants must provide accurate contact, shipping, and payout information.
3. Individuals under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent and supervision.

🛍️ How It Works

1. Once registered, participants receive access to sell Glossysicles Team Spirit Gloss in custom colors and flavors.
2. Each participant receives a unique referral link, digital sales sheet, or group code.
3. Participants earn $2.00 USD per gloss sold through their assigned sales method.
4. All eligible sales must be completed by 11:59 PM EST on May 20, 2025.

💸 Payout Information

• Payouts will be issued by June 15, 2025, via PayPal or direct deposit to the information submitted during registration.
• Each participant will receive a summary of glosses sold and total funds earned.
• Glossysicles is not responsible for delayed or missing payouts due to incorrect account or contact information.
• Payouts will be made only for verified sales completed within the official campaign period.

⚠️ Important Notes

• This is a limited-time pop-up fundraiser. Orders placed after May 20 or by unregistered participants will not count toward commissions.
• The $2 commission applies only to Team Spirit Gloss unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Glossysicles reserves the right to verify all transactions and disqualify any suspected fraudulent, spammy, or bulk-sale activity.

By registering and participating in the Glossysicles Pep Rally Pop-Up Fundraiser, individuals and group representatives agree to comply with these terms and confirm that they are authorized to engage in sales and promotional activities on behalf of themselves or their organization.
