Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate products, hazardous materials, gift cards, downloadable software, and specific health and personal care items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within days.

Late/Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are refundable; sale items are final sale.

Exchanges
